Stephanie has been helping buyers and sellers in the real estate market for over a decade. Born and raised in Arlington, she knows Tarrant County and the area better than most. She is a graduate of Arlington’s Martin High School, and a proud member of the Class of 2004 from Texas A&M University. (Whoop!) She lived in Arlington for many years, where she still has a wide community of friends and colleagues, and now resides in Mansfield, where she and her husband and business partner John have just opened their new Point Realty office. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, Stephanie’s expertise in the industry, knowledge of the geographic area and the community, and her commitment to an amazing client experience, will ensure that you didn’t go wrong when you hired her.
 
Stephanie has a passion for the real estate industry and the impact she can have on both her clients and other agents. She loves watching the excitement and anticipation that a first time homebuyer experiences, and being there to help them through what can be a daunting process. She also relishes in learning the stories and hearing the life experiences of the empty nesters who are selling the home they have loved living in for decades and looking for a home where they will retire. Growing families, relocations, no matter the circumstance, she always goes the extra mile for her clients.
 
As time has gone on, Stephanie has started spending a large amount of time as the Team Leader of The Deeds Group, mentoring and developing new agents as they enter the real estate business. It can be very challenging to get started in real estate, and having had incredible mentors herself, it became important to her to have an impact on new agents looking for guidance. That desire to teach and mentor is what led her and her husband John to starting The Deeds Group, and then later opening their own brokerage, Point Realty.
After spending a large number of years with a national brand, Stephanie decided it was time to take what she had learned, observed and experienced in the industry, to create a place for agents, new and seasoned, where they could get the support they need, the education and mentorship, accountability, and leadership. Her appreciation for the leaders she encountered early in her career led her to want to offer that same opportunity at her own company.
In her spare time, Stephanie does her other favorite full time job of being a mom. You will find her on the weekends watching baseball tournaments, football games, golf tournaments, gymnastics meets and piano recitals as the biggest cheerleader in the crowd for her son Lane and her daughter Aubree. She is at the age of 40 now learning to play the piano herself, inspired by watching Aubree and something she had just always wanted to learn. You will hear her joke frequently, “My kids are living their best life, and I am just their driver,” but there is nothing she loves more than watching them do the things they love and excel at. When they aren’t chasing a kiddo around town for extracurriculars, you will find Stephanie, John and the kids down at Cedar Creek Lake.
 
Stephanie has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, as well as an Accredited Buyers’ Representative. Stephanie recently received an outstanding award, The Torchbearer’s Award, recognizing her as one of the Top 40 Agents under 40 in the Central Region for her former national company. She was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from that same brand just weeks before opening her own office, after a decade of milestone awards each year with them. This past year, Stephanie and her team have helped 75 families buy or sell property and have considered it a privilege to be a part of their family herself for the time they get to work together. Stephanie prides herself on building authentic connections with her clients and maintaining relationships, creating clients for life!
